TileIQ Pro is a professional job management app for UK tiling contractors. Your data belongs to you — we never sell it or use it for advertising.
What We Collect
Your email address, company details, jobs, customer names and contact details, and device push notification token. We do not collect analytics or tracking data.
How It's Stored
All data is stored in Supabase (EU-hosted) with row-level security — only you can access your own data. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
Your Rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Contact us at privacy@tileiq.com to exercise these rights.
Third-Party Services
Supabase (database), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), Firebase (push notifications), RevenueCat (subscriptions). Accounting integrations (FreeAgent, QuickBooks, Sage) are optional and only activated by you.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
